In accordance with Colonial Regulations

280-282 I have the honour to request your covering

approval for the Schedule of Loan Expenditure for

the financial year 1946/47, a copy of which is

enclosed herewith, and for the charging of such

expenditure to the surplus advances of the Colony

as an advance pending reimbursement.

The Legislative Council has signified

its approval in a Resolution passed on the 28th.
